Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only):
- Certified Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM),Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
- Minimal of 2 years experience with JIRA, Confluence, VSTS, Sharepoin
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only):
- Intermediate knowledge of MSProject, Project Online (aka Project Server)
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches (i.e. Kanban)
