- Good understanding of BMC performing Monitoring Tools(BMC Patrol/ Truesight/BPPM/BEM)
- Good hands on experience on BMC TrueSight/ BPPM.
- Good Hands on experience in configuring different Patrol KM’s
- Working experience on event management concepts and hands on experience working with Policies and Rules.
- Coordinating with different technical teams.
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure Technologies
- Good problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy, AO is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Incident Management, Event Management process.
