- More than 5 years of experience in TM1 and Planning Analytics.
- Atleast 5 years of comprehensive and recent development experience with IBM Cognos TM1 (Architect and Perspectives)
- 1-2 years of development experience using PA (Planning Analytics for Excel)
- Migration and converting IBM Cognos TM1 Perspectives interfaces to PAX (Planning Analytics for Excel)
- Previous experience with understanding and documenting the flow of data ETL into planning applications, Experience with data modeling tools preferred
- Ability to model complex financial planning processes using IBM Cognos TM1
- An understanding of the capability and use case for Planning Analytics Workspace
- Can create, edit, and troubleshoot SQL queries
- Previous experience working as part of an Agile Team
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
