- Citrix Components install/upgrade/migrate - StoreFront, Director, License server, Delivery Controller, Studio
- Citrix VDA installation/upgrade
- Assist with database upgrade
- NetScaler Gateway configuration
- Citrix SSO Migration
- Post-upgrade - Update master images, update machine catalogs, update delivery groups, etc.
- Publishing applications in the new version
- Publishing URLs in NetScaler
- Roaming profile configuration.
