Job Duties/Requirements:
- Testing experience of IVR Applications and a good understanding on IVR testing concepts including Automation.
- IVR test data setup, Skill Mapping, IVR call flow testing, CTI Testing, Call Routing and Synthesizing of complex IVR call flows.
- Work on Jira , Quality Center , Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya CMS Supervisor.
- Use IVR application automation tools such as using Hammer or Cyara (Preferred).
- Platform transition and migration.
- Processing large set of h call data and creating Test cases.
- Good Communication skill, Onsite experience.
- Experience in IVR Test Automation preferred.
Educational Requirements for the Proffered Position:
- The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
