- confluence
- Install Jira & Confluence
- Install necessary plugins to full fill the customer requirements
- Both Jira & Confluence must communicate each other
- Initial setups to be done ie. User creation, Roles creation, providing relevant rights to relevant roles etc.,
- Support as admin during the initial phase

Person should be able to set up Jira , confluence, define the process of use and train users
- Install Jira & Confluence
- Install necessary plugins to full fill the customer requirements
- Both Jira & Confluence must communicate each other
