Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the activities planned by Program Management Office of client. You will be intensely involved in;
Coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of the projects- Developing project scope and define objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed project plan to track project progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Mature and document the existing PM onboarding process
- Manage projects using various tools like Jira, Confluence, Planview, SAP, Ariba, Sharepoint, ServiceNOW
- Use Scrum, Waterfall models in PM activities
- More than 8 years of hands-on experience in end to end project management
- Managing the projects through the life cycle
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective action
- Coordinate with Project Managers of other project tracks
- Managing and utilizing the resources across the projects
- Managing stakeholder’s communication
- Periodic Monitoring and Status reporting
- Coordinate with other teams and 3rd party providers as delegated by TSC for the interdependencies
- Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
- Prefer experience in a Retail environment.
- Ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group.
