Detailed Job Description:
Must Haves:
- Cassandra
- Overall 7-8 years of hands-on DataBase design and development experience
- 4-5 years experience and Expertise in Java with Spring/Spring Boot framework.
- 2-3 years experience and Expertise in designing and developing NoSQL with Cassandra. Design the solution for handling failure
- 1-2 years experience and Expertise in provisioning / setting up Cassandra cluster . Should advise what should be the right / best capacity plan for given use case
- 2 years experience in designing / building solution with microservice architecture
- 1-2 years in Writing complex/optimized queries using Cassandra Query Language
- Capability to develop PoCs with Cassandra in terms of creating like Data lake / Data pond etc
- Expert in Recommending Best Practices in setting up Cassandra and also in data manipulations on Cassandra
- Ability to Troubleshoot and fix the problems in the event of failure in data partition /replication, performance degradation
Elastic search:
- Overall 7-8 years of hands-on Digital/Web Java design and development experience
- 4-5 years experience and Expertise in Java with Spring/Spring Boot framework.
- 2-3 years experience and Expertise in REST API design and implementation
- 1-2 years experience and Expertise in designing and developing search solution with Elastic search
- 2-3 years experience and Expertise in provisioning / setting up Elastic search cluster . Should advise what should be the right / best capacity plan for given use case
- 2 years experience in designing / building solution with microservice architecture
- 1-2 years experience in Writing complex/optimized search queries using Elastic search APIs
- 2 years experience in implementing Elastic search streaming capabilities . Integration with messaging solution like Kafka
- Capability to develop PoCs with Elastic search in terms of searching on different resources/entities in the REST based microservice
- Expert in Recommending Best Practices in setting up Elastic search and writing and reading/streaming the data on the same
- Ability to Troubleshoot and fix the problems in the event of failure in data partition /replication, performance degradation

- 1-2 years of Experience in provisioning services with Amazon web service
- Working knowledge on AWS VPC, EC2 , S3
- 1-2 years of Experience in any messaging solution like Kafka
