Working with functional and technical resources in OCTO and partnering agencies, help develop release and project
documentation including but not limited to: SOP’s, Job Aides, Business Process Flow Diagrams, Change
Management and Communication plans.
Working with functional and technical resources in OCTO and partnering agencies, develop, coordinate, deliver and
track project or ad-hoc training on new or existing functionality and/or business processes using the train the trainer
approach.
Manage the PeopleSoft.dc.gov website content and access to ensure that all project, release and/or training
information is accurate and comprehensive.
