The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst that will support
the solicitation and implementation process for the OSSE Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Grants
Management System (EGMS). The Senior Business Analyst will work with the Office of Contracts and Procurement
(OCP) to coordinate and manage the solicitation process through contract award. Prior to contract award the Senior
Business Analyst will conduct a review of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to ensure all business requirements are
represented and understood the business stakeholders. The Senior Business Analyst will coordinate and oversee
the vendor selection process. (i.e., vendor demonstrations, evaluation team ranking packages, evaluation team
working sessions, BAFO meetings and address vendor questions)
