Client needs someone to come in and set up PeopleSoft Succession Planning for them. PeopleSoft Succession Planning is a part of PeopleSoft's integrated talent management solution, it provides the ability to improve talent retention while mitigating risk by identifying and tracking who is best suited to eventually replace employees currently holding key positions within an organization.

The client needs someone to come in and do a gap Fit analysis and work closely with the HR business managers to determine if any tweaks, customizations, improvements need to be made. They implemented a talent profile 1 year ago and are currently live on PeopleSoft version 9.2.
