Detailed Job Description:
- At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS Core HR, Benefits and Payroll including Extracts and Fast Formula
- At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- Expertise on Benefits and North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.
- Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reports includes Pre and Post payroll processes.
Minimum years of experience: 5+
Certifications Needed: Yes, BTECH MSc Computer Science or equivalent
