Job Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, and manages the network infrastructure Classroom Connectivity project.
• Creates and manages project plans with input from all stakeholders.
• Coordinates, directs and oversees installation of network infrastructure within school buildings.
• Serves as point of contact to the DOE Senior Project Manager of overall Classroom Connectivity project.
• Coordinates external meetings with schools and vendors as it relates to the delivery of infrastructure technical deployment services.
• Documents risks, issue and problem's, updates status and resolution to project manager.
• Update appropriates projects related documents

Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education
 
Requested Qualifications
60+ Months of successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership and experience in network infrastructure deployment and implementation
72+ Months of related network infrastructure deployment in field
72+ months demonstrated project management experience in telecommunication and data network industry
60+ Months of field project management of data network infrastructure installation and deployment.
60+ Months experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Projects) is required.
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) 
Bachelor's Degree or a Master's degree in computer science/ telecommunications from an accredited college.
