Job Details:
In the role of Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct test data requirement analysis, define test data management strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Must Have Skills:
- TDM
- Mainframe
- SQL - At least 2-3 years of Information Technology experience with strong SQL and ETL knowledge
Nice to have skills:
- IBM optim
- delphix
Preferred:
- Atleast 1 years of experience in Test data management activities (Data requirement analysis, Test data creation, Test data masking, Test data provisioning) and setting up an enterprise Test data management team for Functional/Non-Functional Testing requirements using Industry Test data management tools or automated solution
- Experience working on any one of the Industry Test data management tools like CA TDM or IBM Optim or Informatica TDM
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Working experience in Agile methodology
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
