Description:
Candidate (Sr. .Net developer) will serve as a primary Production support specialist for client for .Net applications and will be responsible for daily production support and suggesting enhancements with respect to Claims Solutions portfolio. Candidate is expected to provide Enterprise level Techno-functional production support fixes for end customers. He will fix existing production issues and complete Root cause analysis. He will research and recommend innovative yet scalable automated solutions to common support problems. He will be required to interact with internal and external customers on daily basis to resolve their support tasks and queries. He will also be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of the current claims generation systems of client and overcoming new integration challenges during support of these systems. He will be responsible for onsite and offshore coordination, technical assistance, and leveraging business acumen and production support expertise to ensure successful project completion.

.NET/ SQL Skillset:
  • Serve as a primary Production support specialist for client for .NET/ SQL Server based applications.
  • Strong technical proficiency in advanced versions of Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, Microsoft IIS, JQuery, AngularJS, Microsoft TFS.
  • Very strong SQL development skills in SQL Server latest versions including SSIS and SSRS.
  • Ability to debug, find the root cause and fix .NET/ SQL Server based applications with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible for daily production support related activities - technical and non-technical in nature.
  • Provide Enterprise level Techno-functional production support fixes for end customers.
  • Ability to support existing application features and develop new landscapes using Microsoft technologies.
  • Participate in integration challenges the .NET based applications have with customer's other enterprise level systems and help resolve them.
  • Research and recommend innovative yet scalable automated solutions to common Production support problems.
  • Interact with internal and external customers on daily basis to resolve their support tasks and handling queries.
  • Responsible for onsite and offshore coordination and technical assistance to offshore team.
  • Leveraging production support expertise to ensure successful project completion.
