Responsibilities:
Technology Lead with good hands on knowledge on Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA and BPEL
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive system/technical architecture
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Create detailed technical design, build solution, and perform unit testing of solution components around Oracle BPM and Oracle SOA Suite
- Ability to work in GDM model
Technical skills required:
- At least 6 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
Deep technical skills in:
- Oracle ADF, Oracle BPM suite, Oracle Fusion middleware components like Oracle SOA suite, Oracle Service Bus etc.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in Java/ XML/XSD, Web Services, and Service Oriented Architecture
- Rapid prototyping experience using BPM/SOA components on Weblogic platform
- Ability to develop and deploy Oracle BPM and SOA components
- Ability to create a strategic technical architecture based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Preferred experience on FMW 12c platform
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires flexibility of hours.

- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
Desirable technical/behavioral skills:
- Working Knowledge on ADF
