Detailed Job Description:

• Gather NFR nonfunctional requirement from the client team.
• Create performance test plan and strategy.
• Create and maintain the performance test scripts and execute the scripts.
• Test Data creation with help of Functional testing team.
• Perform performance tests using identified performance testing tool.
• Identifying root cause of performance issue with the help of dev team.
• Preparing performance test report Provide recommendations towards performance monitoring tools

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Client coordination
2. Onshore and Offshore PT team handling
3. Owning entire Performance testing activities
