• Hands on experience in SuccessFactors Learning Solutions, Succession Planning Development and SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• SuccessFactors Certified Consultants in above modules with relevant experience will be given priority
• Very good communication skills written and oral.
• Sound domain knowledge in Learning Management, Succession Development and Employee Onboarding is a MUST
• Good hands on experience in HCM Interfaces to fro SuccessFactors.
• Understands RBP Role based permissions, Rules.
