Short Description:

 

BA to help with gathering bus. rqmts. from mult. division’s within ODPS.  This position will also be expected to play a significant role in defining the business analysis function at the ODPS. As such, leadership skills will be a primary consideration.

 

Complete Description:

The successful resource will have a significant role in defining the business analysis function at ODPS.     As such, leadership skills will be a primary consideration.

 During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. .

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the past eight (8) years.

Experience in Business Process Re-engineering.

Documented exp as a tech. BA from proj initiation through compl. on a min two software deve. or impl. projs requiring a min of 2,000 FTE hrs to cmpl.

Documented exp using proj mgmt software (e.g. MS Project or Clarity) to deve. and maint. a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on a minimum of 2 projs.
