Regular service desk personnel with competency in O365, ServiceNow, SharePoint et al. Needs to be native English speaker, a team person and proficient with client service aspects

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Manage Service Desk calls
- Help with 365
- Help with SharePoint and initial troubleshooting and assign tickets to right Service Now queues
