Required skills -

.       Experience of creating Silverlight UI in XAML
.       Proficiency in Silver Light 4.0/3.0, C#(4.0/3.0/2.0), VB.NET and AJAX Extensions with MS SQL Server and / or Oracle 10g / 9i database
.       Good exposure to MSSQL / Oracle, should have experience in writing basic PL / SQL
.       Know-how of IIS and Crystal Report
.       Familiarity with XML Web Services (SOAP, WSDL and UDDI), Service Oriented Architecture [SOA] concepts using .NET Framework would be nice to have
.       Experience of working with PRISM and MVVM design patterns for Silverlight and WPF would be an added advantage
