• 3+ years working with Configuration and Discovery of CMDB in ServiceNow
• ITIL Certification
• ServiceNow Certification preferred

Scripting experience in:

• Javascript
• XML

Network Management (Retrieving information about Cis)

• SNMP
• SSH
• WMI

Basic Network Engineering Concepts (Getting to your Cis)

• Domains
• Firewalls
• Proxy Servers
• Credentials

Any proficiency in programming is highly desired as well.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and perform changes in business processes required to support enhancements in the Servicenow CMDB
• Setup Servicenow discovery and troubleshoot issues
• Customize probes and sensors as required for discovery processes
• Setup Service Mapping
• MID servers installing and setup
• Troubleshoot server and network gear discovery issues.
