Detailed Job Description:
- Experience in managing the team of Server L1 L2 resources.
- Good understanding of Server operations.
- Good understanding of Incident, service request management.
- Manage stakeholders, provide performance status report, Track SLAs and take appropriate action for missed SLAs.
- Identify performance issues related to Server proactively and a quick resolution of same.
- Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and capacity and performance reports.
- Ready for on call and weekend support for critical outages.
