The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program.

Complete Description:

DODD is looking for a Project Manager who can lead the DODD security iniative.    The PM will be well versed in PM best practice and Certified.  Additonally the select PM candidate will have a working background or foundational knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. The PM will not be making technical decisions but would like them to have technical knowledge. Experience as a PM on a Security Implementation Project implementing security inititives is strongly desired but not mandatory.

Role Description:

All roles specified in PM2 plus the following:

•Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.

Interviews tentatively scheduled for 9/6 and 9/7

Skills:

PMP, please provide proof of certification

Experience in an Agile working environmnet

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation platform to be used in managing using story backlog and tracking work items, etc..

Experience as a Project Manager for a Security Implementation project
