Detailed Job Description:

• Hands on experience in testing Workday HCM module specifically Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and Onboarding.
• Good understanding in HCM domain and solid understanding of all branches of HR Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, HR SelfServices, Time Management and Payroll and Benefits
• Thorough understanding on HR Integrations hands on experience in testing HR Interfaces Onpremise Cloud both for inbound and outbound both from Source and Target Systems
• Sound knowledge in HCM

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Good communication skills and good documentation skills
• Good presentation skills able to drive the defect triage meetings independently and able to share the Test Status Reports periodically with the Sysco senior management.
