Detailed Job Description:
- Expertise in configuring Base ServiceNow system setup
- Expertise in building and configuring Foundation data set up
- Expertise in building and configuring Asset management, Discovery & CMDB with required integrations
- Expertise in building and configuring Service Mapping and APM.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations
- Very good knowledge in documentation
Minimum years of experience*: 9+
Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Design the solution and emphasize on best practices
- Run the workshops to bring the client to understand the design and process
- Gather the requirements
- Build the solution
- Provide the necessary documentation (design document, requirement gathering document, test cases, implementation/migration document)
