Detailed Job Description:

Release Management track functionality is to keep track of the Release Management activities for EAD RAD and identify the gaps within the change tickets. Ensure that the established process is followed for all change tickets. Any changes to the process is documented and explained to larger teams through WebEx sessions, etc. Contact change ticket owner and get the necessary information. Get all the necessary approvals for release period.
