Project Summary-

Discovery, followed by Implementation

Responsibility-

• Lead Technical Design 
• Lead estimation processes
• Own overall technical scope and delivery planning 
•Lead quality assurance process
• Track both project progress and budget spend for technical deliverables
• Coordinate delivery with client teams and third-party partners
• Arbitrage decisions related to technical deliverables
• Manage stabilization phase
• Perform all job functions consistent with AbbVie policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII

• Analytical, consulting and communication skills.
• Lead customer-facing roles on professional services engagements.
• Team leadership: directing, motivating, coaching, mentoring and interviewing.
• Salesforce HealthCloud, Lightning. Communities
• Complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration of software products into complex IT environments
•  Integration with third party systems
•  Health insurance industry 
• Agile development methodology such as SCRUM or Kanban.
