Detailed Job Description:

• Establish and maintain relationship with Voya CISO/CISO directs
• Understand Voya IT & security current state, drivers & expectations, stakeholders, constraints, program risks & opportunities.
• Establish and get Voya buy in on program vision, goals/ objectives, key success criteria, roadmap and budget.
• Drive program strategy, direction and execution
• Estabish and maintain program governance, program management plan and ensure Confidential has seat on the table in Confidential Security Governance and decision making.
• Effectively communicate and gain Voya acknowledgement on Infosys value adds, successes; Assess, identify, communicate and work on areas of improvement
• Be the Confidential CISO in the Voya account
• Own program financials and ensure financial viability of the program

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Certifications Needed: Yes, PMP
