• Contribute to the entire implementation process
• Drive definition of improvements based on business need
• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
• May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
• Perform system wide data auditing and reconciliation.

2.      Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:

• 1+ years of experience understanding of Business Analysis
• Good to Have – experience with Child Welfare or Health and Human Services.
