REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

7+ years experience as a Software QA Engineer testing multi-tier web applications

5+ years experience testing relational databases; strong SQL skills a must

3+ years in a team leadership role

Understanding of software engineering skills and QA/Test and automation Methodologies

Proficiency with automation tools, preferably FitNesse and Selenium

Proficiency with component-testing tools or scripts, such as SoapUI

Experience with distributed environments in a Microsoft Windows Server, Web and applications servers and SQL Server topology

Strong ability and interest in coding with at least one of the following: C#,Java, Groovy and/or Selenium

Good understanding of source management techniques and discipline, preferably with Subversion, Perforce, Git, or AccuRev

Experience working in an Agile SCRUM, or Lean Kanban environment

Extensive experience testing enterprise-class system software packages and excellent understanding of the MS Windows platform
