- Work on Enhancements, Maintenance and Support of PBX, IVR, Recording solutions and WFM stack, Reporting Solutions.
- Round the clock production support of cross platform applications.
- Work on technologies like Avaya Experience Portal, PBX, Nuance, CMS, Avaya Aura, VPI, Aspect WFM, Avaya One x, AAAD, CSAT, CBA, Aceyus, ServiceNow, Oracle Service Cloud, Citrix, ACCCM, CTI, Incontact.
- Java, Informix, SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, GRXML
