Detailed Job Description:

• Candidate should have around 8 years of experience
• Should strong B2BEDI functional skill
• Should have good analytical and problem resolving skills
• Should have worked for at least 2 or 3 support projects in career
• Should have very good experience on Sterling Integrator and should have strong skills in analysis debugging of Maps, business processes for various EDI transactions with X12 and EDIFACT formats.
• Axway and SAP knowledge is added advantage7 Should coordinate with all client stack

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Work on daily support activities and resolve support tickets
2. Coordinate with all client stack holders like Trading Partners, Business Analysts, Upstream and Downstream application teams
3. Work on minor enhancements
