Detailed Job Description:

More than 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies and techniques Certified Scrum Master with excellent interpersonal skills who builds and maintains strong alliances while motivating teams and driving projects to successful completion. Handling multiple Scrum Teams 2 to 3 teams simultaneously which are geographically distributed.

Minimum years of experience*: 7

Certifications Needed: Yes, Scrum Master certified

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Coaching team members on agile processes and facilitating all scrum ceremonies. Collaborating with members of the Product, Business and Engineering Teams to develop and maintain Product Backlogs.
2. Proactively identifying and removing blockers limiting work in process and preventing distractions
3. Certified Scrum Master with excellent interpersonal skills who builds and maintains strong alliances while motivating teams and driving projects to successful completion.
