Major Incident Management. Application Infrastructure Dashboard Monitoring and Initiating Incident Mgmt. process. Business impact assessment in cooperation with support teams and end users as appropriate Conduct and drive SWAT conference call and screen sharing session for ALL major incidents capturing the details
