Detailed Job Description:

• Understand requirements, create program specifications and unit test plans; develop codes; implement testing, transition and support activities; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; participate in knowledge management activities to ensure high quality deliverables WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Confidential. 
• 5+ year of experience in ITCAM, Tmart and App dynamics
• Well versed with App Monitoring concepts. 
• Good exposure with configuration and administration
• Troubleshooting and handling day to day issues.
• Understanding of ITIL service management 
• Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Work with vendors to ensure maintenance coverage for all relevant IT infrastructure.
