Detailed Job Description:
- 9+ year of experience in app support with credit card processing background
- Leading and driving P1/P2 production issues to resolution.
- Working knowledge on HW procurement
- Strong Understanding of ITIL service management
- Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Work with vendors to ensure maintenance coverage for all relevant IT infrastructure.
- Participate in 24x7 Command centre

- Strong documentation & reporting skills
