Detailed Job Description:

• 6+ year of experience in App support for credit card and transaction processing applications
• Working knowledge of DB, Apache/Tomcat
• Working knowledge of basic linux commands
• Strong Understanding of ITIL service management 
• Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting skills

Preferred

• Credit card/transaction processing background/domain knowledge
• Strong documentation & reporting skills
• ITIL certified
• Excellent Communication
