Must Have Skills:

• 6 - 8 years hands-on experience as a SAP Developer (ABAP/ PI).
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple SAP Technical projects and project teams
• Manage
• Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage large project budgets
• Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
• Strong people management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent

Nice to have skills:

• Global implementation effort with multiple Medium to Large Complex projects being managed will typically have:
• Individual team members from 5-7 cross functional teams and business sectors
• 2-4 Service providers needed to delivery key portions of the solution, which will include infrastructure, applications, and several interdisciplinary teams to support execution
• Serves as the leader of a multi-person project management team
• Joint project sponsors which requires project manager to gain consensus and set expectations
• Global business customers impacted by project delivery involving multiple sector geographies
• Desired years of experience:: 10+ years
• Education/ Certifications (Required): Any degree

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Deliver current in-flight projects
• Analyze Initiatives (Pursuits) and provide cost estimates
• Perform Project Management Tasks (PPM Updates, Communications, Status Reports, Stage Gates, etc)
