Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e - mail
• Work flexible schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays and 24x7 on call rotation.
• Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
• Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems
• Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledgebase
• Help test alpha and beta products

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of Experience on VMware
• Ability to design and implement an enterprise-wide virtual infrastructure using ESXi v6.x
• vSphere and vCenter
• VMware ESXi troubleshooting using esxtop
• Distributed virtual switch configuration
• HA, DRS, server and storage vMotion
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Capacity management and system tuning
• Experience creating and using VROPS dashboards
• 4+ Year of Experience in Active Directory
• Troubleshooting Flexible Single Master Operations roles & Global Catalogue.
• Group Policy design, deployment management and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting account lockout and password policies
• Public Key Infrastructure (Windows 2008/2012 R2).
• Troubleshooting issues related to the 2 Tier and 3 Tier Certification Hierarchy.
• Managing and troubleshooting the Windows 2003 /2008 and 2012
• Addressing queries regarding the Information System/ design, deployment & maintenance of Global Active Directory Environments.
• Troubleshooting Active Directory Disaster recovery.
• Managing and troubleshooting NTFS permissions.
• Administration of ADFS and Skype for Business on Cloud.
• 4+ Year of Experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
• Ability to work independently on XenDesktop VDA registration issues.
• Manage and maintain XenDesktop with 200+ VDAs and the underlying XenDesktop environment.
• Ability to configure and build XenServers and storage SRs
• XenServer. XenApp and XenDesktop patching and upgrade
• Ability to solve user issues related to XenApp and XenDesktop environment.
• Work with Citrix Director and configure user reporting
• 3+ Years in windows troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting performance issues using windows native and Sysinternal tools.
• Ability to perform commvault backup and restores.
• Hardware components:
• HP C7000 blade enclosures and virtual connects
• HP Blade infrastructure
