Detailed Job Description:

• Hands on experience in Oracle Commerce 10x or more. Knowledge of Node JS is add on.
• Experience in handling L1 and L2 production support for ecommerce sites, trouble shoot and triage
• Sev1,sev2 issues. Knowledge of monitoring tools like splunk, new relic and tea leaf is must.
• Experience in writing support run books.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. L1 monitoring and take over of new digital applications
2. Initiate and Drive sev1, sev2 triage
3. Validate the support runbooks
