Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only):

• 3 to 4 years’ experience on ANY ONE of the Business Rule Engines - FICO BLAZE, IBM ODM, PEGA RULES, iLog, DROOLs
• Overall industry experience of around 7-8 years
• Good communication skills as the role is business user facing

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only):

• Ability to understand and document business requirements. Ability to perform modification, and implementation of Business Rules
• Ability to perform functional testing, UAT of business rules after implementation configuration. Good communication skills

Detailed Job Description:

• Rules Engine FICO BLAZE or Equivalent Drools, JRules, PEGARules, IBM iLog 6 years of overall industry experience.
• 4 years of working knowledge of FICO Blaze or equivalent business rules engines 1 years healthcare Industry experience, desirable

• Root cause analysis
• Support the design build testing teams through the sprint cycle.
