Detailed Job Description:

• Relational DB's & Non - Relational DB's knowledge and hands on experience in data modeling
• DB2, Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop (Hive) and NoSQL (HBase, MongoDB)
• Data Warehouse Knowledge & Experience ( ETL, BI usage )
• Nice to have API usage basics knowledge
• Data Modeling Experience (Dimensional modeling, 3NF - Star Schema and Snowflake schema )
• Basic Unix knowledge
• Healthcare / Life Science/Pharma domain knowledge

Minimum years of experience: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Updating and maintaining existing conceptual and logical data models to support new and existing projects
• Creating new conceptual and logical data models with high efficiency to support new projects and initiatives
• Performing reverse engineering of data models from databases and SQL scripts
• Guide and lead JAD sessions when working with the business, SME’s, developers and IT business teams to build out data models.
• Maintaining conceptual and logical data models along with corresponding metadata
• Perform sql queries against database tables
• Help build out and maintain the API data flows
• Assist the Data Architecture team in building out the Enterprise Data Model (domains include but not limited to: Marketing, Group, Account, etc.)
