Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

  • Lead and prioritize the Application Support team’s work load
  • Manage and Own the Problem Management Process
  • Develop, co - ordinate and promote the effective functioning of problem management activities across all of support teams
  • To examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals with the Service Manager
  • Provide technical leadership
  • Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning and testing
  • Documenting the reports obtained from the team members and presenting them to the senior leadership.
  • Identify training needs or requirements for yourself individually and for the team
  • Process Knowledge required Should be comfortable with different ITIL processes of Incident, Change and Problem Management.
  • Good knowledge on Incident, Problem and Change management process
  • Knowledge on Ticketing tool
  • Manning P1/P2 Bridge Calls
  • Technical Expertise required 5+ Year of experience in software development with a strong command of JAVA, object oriented principles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing iOS/Android Applications.
  • Deep understanding of Mobile Platforms and associated tool chain.
  • Understanding of multithreading, synchronous and asynchronous code, memory management, performance tuning, resource optimization
  • Knowledge of Security concepts (E.g. authentication, authorization, confidentiality etc.) and protocols and experience in their usage in mobile application
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Has published Android and IOS app on Google play store and Appstore and have good insights on Certifications, provisioning profiles and build deployment
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git & BitBucket
  • Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Proficiency Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in Banking domain
  • Ability to articulate and present thoughts clearly and precisely
