Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only):

• Communicate ideas for improving project and company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others and conducting After Action Reviews
• Develop and Maintain a Project schedule using MS Project Monitor the project schedule to ensure work deliverables are tracking to plan
• Assist the Program Manager in reporting progress metrics, Earned Value metrics and budgets

• Keep the Program Manager and project leadership informed about status and issues that may impact the project phases, both project and program

• Manage the execution of projects through the design, build, test, cutover, hypercare and close phases including Conduct weekly status meetings,
