Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 5 years of development experience with JAVA/J2EE or .Net technologies with software integration and/or other ESB experience

Preferred:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with the MuleSoft Anypoint platform as a Developer.
  • Experience with Mule administration, configuration and tuning
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Mule ESB architecture, rules, caching, etc.
  • Experienced troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools.
  • Intermediate level Java development experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards
  • Has strong experience in the Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions
  • Experience with SOAP and REST is a must
  • Solid Programming skills using J2EE, Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT, CXF, Spring Framework, etc.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Apache server
  • Knowledge of Middleware Operations & Vulnerability management
  • Strong knowledge of the user authentication components Siteminder and LDAP
  • Knowledge of tools like Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest, JIRA
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review 
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience to Healthcare services domain

Analytical skills:

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Domain Exp Required:

  • US Healthcare understanding
  • US Healthcare – E2E Payer process expertise, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Health Care Product/Plan Design & Set Up
  • Good understanding of one of the core business functions – Claims OR Membership & Billing OR Network OR Plan Configuration.

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

  • Must be ready to work in shifts and weekends while adhering to minimum work hours
  • Meeting with customer and other stakeholders
  • Study of the Current Systems, Gaps Analysis and Problem Analysis & Problem simulation
  • Work with System Analyst for any queries on high level design.
  • Assist developer by providing clarifications on functional queries
  • Review code to ensure compliance to technical design
  • Document functional design and provide walkthrough to Onshore leads and/or Client Tech leads
  • Provide analysis and support for triaging post - production defects / bug fixes.
