Qualifications:

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred:

• At least 10+ years of experience in leading projects in an IT or Information Security organization
• Knowledge of project management methodology to manage a large complex or several small projects
• Ability to coordinate with multiple Service providers needed to delivery key hardware, software or network components per solution design
• At least 5 years of experience in Java / J2ee project execution
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review
• Experience of executing development projects in Agile Methodology
• Experience in Retail, CPG domain. Logistics domain experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to lead multi - function project team through influencing skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in practicing Quantitative Project Management/ Risk issue and stakeholder management
• Expert skill using Microsoft Project to drive project execution
• Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one part of a project impacts another
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working in a Global delivery environment
• Industry Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2 etc.)
• Experience of implementing Lean, Six-Sigma best-practices and Capability Maturity Model frameworks.
