Detailed Job Description:
- Kronos Configuration and Support experience
- WFS-Workforce Scheduling
- Experienced with Kronos 6.0-8.0 WFC products and Implementation & configuration to include Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Connect, Advanced Scheduler, Leave &Attendance, Accruals, Analytics, Advanced Scheduler and Forecaster and Device Manager
- Experience in SDM
- Advanced Kronos experience with configuration of pay policies, schedules / schedule groups, system configuration, and accruals.
- Excellent knowledge of Kronos Time keeping, Kronos Scheduling and Kronos people record / profile modules
- Knowledge on various elements of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper such as Pay Rules, Work Rules Configuration, Hyper Find Queries
