Create, modify, and manage reports based on business users needsResearch, install and manage new or existing thirdparty apps on the salesforce platformManage the system and UAT testing by creating testing standards, leading the IS team in system testing, and mentoring assisting the business with UAT testingOptimization of the salesforce platform
