The role includes expertise in IVR Call Center Technology, Must have Good Communication and Coordination skills to deal with different Vendors, Business and other internal Teams, should have experience to manage and support contact center voice platform, Call Center Reporting, Call Quality Recording or Monitoring and Outbound Dialer application .Must have good Contact Center Background KnowledgeExperience in IVR upgrades, Call Routing and CRM Integration for products Mainly with Aspect CXPVIA
